I have multiple years experience working across People teams, with a heavy focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in most recent years. I've been a DEI Leader for both geography and/or community-based groups of an organization, as well as for national organization-wide DEI strategies.

 

As such, I have created multiple POVs, communications, resources, and educational materials. I have designed and facilitated a multitude of workshops, and have supported a variety of DEI focused teams. I have ample experience partnering with and supporting Employee Resource Groups, and acting as a SME for clients and company leadership.
