Incorporation of Multi-Tiered Family Office Client
International Wealth Management Organization
Project Coordinator for the organization’s major project of bringing in a large, multi-tiered family office client under their Global Wealth office. This included developing processes and deliverables to coordinate the work of multiple workstreams, the organization and their client, as well as the major stakeholders therein. Included managing ongoing materials and meetings to facilitate a smooth transition for both the organization and their client.
3-Year Strategic Plan
Multi-discipline Non-Profit Organization
Led the development of the three-year strategic plan, utilizing stakeholder focus groups, workshops, and organizational data. The strategic plan reinvigorated patron support while providing clearer organizational standards and direction for the center's employees.
International Cross-Cultural Webinars
International Consulting Network
Created, designed, planned, and hosted multiple international cross-cultural webinars in partnership with international delegates from a global consulting network. The events featured panel discussions and lively interviews from leaders across the world providing actionable insights to participants for working cross-culturally. It also included accessible and interactive activities, as well as various networking opportunities for participants to make international contacts. Final deliverable of cross-cultural insights was shared globally.
COVID-19 Response Program
Multinational Aviation, Telecommunications, and Aerospace Corporation
Project Manager for the corporation’s project to roll out vaccine requirement policies and procedures to comply with OSHA requirements and the Presidential Executive Order on COVID 19 Vaccination for Federal Employees and Contractors. This included the development and modification of processes and deliverables to coordinate multiple workstreams and distribute information to all levels of stakeholder and employee groups. The project required a close working relationship with HR leaders to support and provide updated information disseminated from all government and corporation levels.
