JEDI
Passionate and effective DEI leader with ample years of experience in creating, developing, implementing, and facilitating DEI strategies, communications, trainings, and initiatives. My approach to DEI is rooted in authenticity, keeping a learning + growth mindset, and meeting individuals and organizations where they’re at without judgement and a focus on scaling for maturity.
I provide a healthy emphasis on cross-cultural education, appealing and accessible engagement, application of a Justice lens, and integrating DEI into all we do. I have performed successfully in my DEI roles due to my strong project/program management skills, my innate passion for authentic DEI+J work, and my background in social impact, philanthropy, and sociocultural anthropology studies.

Experience & Accomplishments
Below is a sampling of the responsibilities, accomplishments, and daily work in the JEDI space over the last few years.

Partnered with and directly supported Director of DEI in creating and implementing org-wide initiatives, strategy, and projects.
Leadership, training, and oversight of two dozen DEI Champions across organization.
Created, developed, and implemented a multitude of deliverables and tools to facilitate effective coordination among DEI office roles and functionalities, as well as cross-functional coordination with other roles and departments.
Created, organized, and facilitated a variety of DEI events – including panel discussions, trainings, webcasts, workshops, “fun activities” (i.e. trivia), and more.
Created, designed, distributed, and developed processes for DEI Communications – most recognizably in my ground-up build of an organization’s Monthly DEI Newsletter.
Developed Justice framework for organization-wide implementation (internally and externally) – including successful proposal to senior leadership and board for approval.
Created, proposed, developed, and led new annual Culture + DEI program/event in form of 2-week Culture Festival. (Required multitude of cross-functional stakeholder buy-in.)
Part of team that developed a successful internship program designed to attract and support interns from BIPOC and/or other underserved communities and backgrounds.
Utilized academic background the network contacts to develop appropriate and first-of-its-kind educational materials and business actions in support of Native groups and organizations.
Created, proposed, developed, and hosted multiple International Cross-Cultural Business Webinars with international partner organization.


Regularly worked with ESG colleagues to nurture client relationships and create/design pursuit activities to support clients on their own DEI+J and Sustainability journeys
Building and nurturing stakeholder relationships across organization (i.e., ERGs, recruiting and talent acquisition, L&D, C-Suite, Board, etc.)
Building and nurturing external contact relationships to develop joint programs and events to build brand recognition, reputation, and bring opportunities to diverse communities
Developed strategies and detailed process for making art classes, resources, and experiences more accessible to all community members across demographics.
