The Garden Tour Gala is the close-out celebration for a PNW non-profit organization's summer fundraiser called the Garden Tour. During the Garden Tour, local residents of Vashon Island open their impressive gardens to tour ticket holders.

I designed, planned, and managed every part of the Garden Tour for the non-profit, including the Gala dinner.

For this year, we emphasized the natural beauty of the PNW in every element of the celebration - from food to drink to tablescapes.

Table Assignments - Name Cards.jpeg

Instead of numbers, each guest table was assigned a native Washington flower - i.e. Shooting Star, Camas, Trillium, etc.

Upon arrival, each guest found their name card on the entry table, held in place by a stone from local gardens. The flower on their card indicated their table assignment.

All of the food, drink, and decor was tailored to enhance the natural beauty of Froggsong Gardens. We had local vendors bring fresh ingredients from their farms and restaurants. Appetizers were served all throughout the estate, with various food stations located in different places to encourage guest exploration. This was followed by a full & fresh dinner provided by a local catering company. The caterer also created a popular custom cocktail using color-changing Pea Blossom Syrup.

The event sold out and was a great success in both revenue and guest experience.
